An accounting firm and returning client, Georgeopolous & Co. were ready to refresh the website I originally built for them in 2015. The new solution would feature a modernized design with eye-catching visuals, a form of social proof to boost credibility, and a means by which they could update content themselves post-launch.
- Revitalized the online brand with a fresh, clean design aimed at emphasizing the firm’s wealth of industry knowledge and experience.
- Sourced and made effective use of media such as photos, illustrations, and royalty-free video to enhance the look and feel of each page.
- Reinforced the firm’s capabilities and trustworthiness with a built-in section for Google reviews on the home page.
- Provided a brief tutorial video demonstrating how to update content elements using the Elementor page builder.
Aceon Data Recovery
With over 20 years dedicated to recovering essential files and data from damaged devices, Aceon requires a trustworthy and reliable online image to attract quality leads and boost conversions.
The initial website, left untouched for months, faced challenges like broken links, missing content, and sluggish page loading. To elevate Aceon’s online presence, I undertook a comprehensive website overhaul, incorporating a fresh modern design, enhancing performance and security, and implementing SEO services.
- Executed an SEO plan including, but not limited to: keyword research; content curation; writing meta descriptions, alt tags, and copy, and structuring pages to benefit both users and search engines.
- Leveraged caching, file compression techniques, and other optimization tools to greatly improve performance and page load speeds.
- Implemented functionalities such as page translations, live chat, and Google reviews to enhance user experience.
- Provided above and beyond service with frequent communication, website update tutorials, and consultations on SEO best-practices.
Paragon Roofing BC
A well-reviewed and established roofing company with clients across the Lower Mainland. Paragon Roofing hired me to overhaul their very large (40+ pages) outdated website as part of their SEO plan.
My revamp gave rise to a vastly improved user experience, through streamlining the site’s layout, simplifying its navigation, modernizing its overall aesthetics, fixing broken links, and improving page speeds.
Good design is just one aspect of SEO strategy, potentially leading to improved traffic and client acquisition!
- A full redesign of a large, dated, and complicated website, into a cleaner, more user-friendly solution with a contemporary appearance.
- Solved plugin conflict issues that were preventing certain assets from loading, and otherwise interrupting smooth website operation.

Infigo Shop
Specializing in print, design, and fulfillment for local businesses, Infigo sought to extend their operations to the online space, and serve a larger clientele across the continent. I was brought in to build a print on demand e-commerce platform that would allow Infigo to expand their product lines, and for customers to create their own bespoke items to be fulfilled.
- Leveraged the capabilities of WooCommerce, as well as a product design plugin to create the core functionality of the website.
- Provided additional functions such as tiered pricing tables, shipment tracking, and page analytics.
- Recorded video tutorials to assist customers with the design tools, as well as the purchasing process.
- Implemented SSL, along with anti-virus, firewall, and malware scan tools to protect sensitive customer information (credit cards, identity, etc.).
ElectoSmog Abatement
A small business with the goal of raising awareness about the presence and dangers of electromagnetic radiation in our everyday environments. My redesign completely transformed EA’s practically empty pages into a fully fleshed out website, with the content and visuals needed to hook, educate, and inspire their visitors to get in touch and take action against the invisible threat.
- Significantly improved website visuals with a user-friendly redesign and appropriate stock photos to raise the appeal and credibility of EA’s presentation.
- Researched and created written content on the topic of electromagnetic fields, providing helpful information that visitors can use to make healthier decisions in regard to EMF exposure.
- Eliminated an ongoing spam issue by disabling comments (an unnecessary function for a website with no blog, products, or on-site feedback) and implementing site wide CAPTCHA protection.
Legit Painting & Tiling
Looking to bolster his brand, the owner of Legit Painting & Tiling got in touch with me to get the ball rolling on his very first website. What he described to me was a simple brochure style solution, but he was unsure of what the pages would say, or how to write or structure content for marketing purposes. I wanted to lift the pressure from his shoulders and make the process as easy as possible.
After we discussed his ideas, I took to his social media pages and the websites of some of his competitors to do some content curation. I used this information to rewrite content, plan an appropriate design and site map, and build a website that would give him a strong first impression online.

A brand new website and online presence for a mobile denturist offering services within the Lower Mainland. This compact, one-page solution serves as a beautiful online business card, allowing potential patients to quickly access the information they need, as well as convenient means to contact Phil about his services.

I performed a full website redesign for a consulting firm specializing in data and analytics. Short on time, they needed a solution within 3 days, which I delivered complete with all the trimmings of aesthetics, performance, and security.
The complex nature of Clearsight’s work requires much explanation for its value to be understood, and this makes for content that is heavy on reading material. As such, it was important for me to focus on breaking down each topic into easily digestible sections and paragraphs for a smooth user experience.

I’m a Web Designer operating from my home office in Surrey, BC. I walked this career path based on my love for gaming, puzzle solving, and interactive tech. In 2013 I graduated from the Vancouver Institute of Media Arts, and since then I’ve been creating websites and providing support for clients across Canada.
WordPress web design allows me to put my passions to good use by helping people reach their business goals for a living, and as a bonus, I get to learn something new with every project.
